GENERIC REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges.
You have the right to return/exchange your order with us, up until 14 working days from receiving the product.
We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewelry or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
The product may be returned within 14 days from the product reaching the Client, if the size of the ordered product was selected from the Tallinn Dolls OÜ size chart.
No right to return the product, which is made by special order.
EXAMPLE: If a customer adds a comment, that would like to have 5 cm longer dress (then this product is made by special order and is not refundable).
The Client has no right to return a product that is ordered from the PRE-ORDER platform since the product is custom made.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
On withdrawal from the transaction the Trader will return to the Client the sums paid by him, incl. delivering the product to the Client, by transferring the returnable sum into the Client’s bank account within 14 days from the withdrawal application reaching the Trader at the latest. The Trader has the right to delay returning the paid sums until the Client has returned the product or submitted proof of handing over the product to the post office for return. On using the right of withdrawal the Client will carry all expenses directly related to the returning of the product.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or in wrong size (if the size is chosen from the Tallinn Dolls OÜ size chart). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Koidu 122, Tallinn, Estonia, 10139.
To return your product, please send it by post to: Koidu 122, Tallinn, Estonia, 10139.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
